This software can be used in conjunction with the Texas Cooperative Extension publication b-6147 "Nature Tourism a Guidebook for Evaluating Enterprise Opportunities. This publication and other information on nature tourism is available through the Texas Cooperative Extension Nature Tourism program at http://naturetourism.tamu.edu

This online service is intended to help organizations planning or operating wildlife and nature/ecotourism businesses. It allows you easily create a basic financial plan for development and operation of a nature tourism business and evaluation of new activities for existing operations. This program is useful for annual planning but is not intended to handle multiple year planning and amortization or depreciation of assets over multiple years.

The program provides a simple step by step method to enter data for planned or existing activities and products and then automatically calculates revenue, costs, cash flow and visitation reports for viewing and printing.

For a glossary of business terms please see the Small Business Association web site at http://web.sba.gov/glossary/
